Artp mutagenesis of aureobasidium pullulans rm1603 for high pullulan production and transcriptome analysis of mutants

HIGHLIGHTS

• What: In this study, the mutant strains Mu0816 and Mu1519 were obtained using ARTP mutagenesis technology based on the original strain RM1603, after which transcriptome sequencing was performed using the Illumina Novaseq 6000 sequencing platform (Jiang et_al 2015; Guo et_al 2021). In this study, genetically stable and high-yielding pullulan mutants Mu0816 and Mu1519 were obtained by ARTP mutagenesis.
