Development of a biomarker signature associated with anoikis to predict prognosis and immunotherapy response in melanoma

HIGHLIGHTS

  • What: To investigate the variation in potential drug resistance among high-risk and low-risk individuals with SKCM, an analysis was carried out to determine the differences in drug sensitivity to targeted therapies and chemotherapies across different risk groups. This study explored the expression of CD8A, PD-L1, GZMA, and PRF1 in TCGA-SKCM samples. This research investigated the alteration of ARGs and developed a risk score profile to predict the prognosis of SKCM. This research obtained 20 ARGs with significant prognostic relevance by identifying the TCGA and GSE65904 datasets.
