• What: The current Article explores the contribution of Morocco`s National Initiative for Human through the art of cooking. Through the lens of empowerment, this article examines the transformation of women`s personal, economic and social status in Morocco. Using the qualitative approach solely, this study provides a detailed examination on how this institution`s plans and accomplishments align with the objectives of the NIHD. In this article, it is hypothesized that the more the National Initiative for Human Development`s branches and projects are set on the ground, the more women are integrated in the job . . .
