  • What: Drawing on the call by Moletsane and the observation by Hlalele , given their importance for quality education and possible effects on rural schools, the authors explore how resources can be identified and mobilized in this paper. The paper examines this claim about rurality in SA by exploring what is defined as resources in the context of rurality. In the next section, the authors explore the theoretical framework utilized for this research. The analysis had both deductive and inductive dimensions to it.
