• What: The aim of this study was to investigate the immunomodulatory effect and mechanism of DBD by CY induced IS mouse model. The results of this study showed that DBD could improve the intestinal injury caused by CY to a certain extent, reduce the depth of crypts, increase the length of villi and V/C value, and make the intestinal mechanical barrier structure tend to be complete. The results of this study showed that DBD increased the expression level of IgA and the concentration of SIgA in the ileum, thereby improving the function of intestinal immune barrier . . .
