Quality and perception of public housing provision in nigeria and implications for low-income earners

HIGHLIGHTS

  • What: In this paper, housing quality is assessed based on six indicators: use value, location, living convenience, neighborhood prestige, structural design, and mobility control. The study showed that substandard housing often lacks proper security measures, putting residents, particularly low-income earners, at higher risk of crime and accidents. Questionnaires were utilized in this study to gather the necessary information to address the research objectives.
