- What: The aim of the Outer Model Evaluation is to test the validity and reliability of the constructs in the proposed model. The results of the analysis show that tax incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Surakarta City with a path coefficient value of 0.506 (p and amp;lt;0.001).
