• What: The major goal of this study is to identify the motivational factors that affect the operators as well as problems faced by them while managing the (Kimaiga and amp; Kihima, 2018) in their study found that the major motivation for individual household`s participation in the Homestay program was income, while (Korir et_al, 2013) found that improved living standards as the main factor that influence the operator. According to (Hanim et_al, 2014), exploring new experience is the main motivation that influence the community to participate in the Homestay program.
