- What: The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between dietary glycine and histidine and hyperlipidemia and hypertension. A sensitivity analysis was conducted to assess the impact of excluding individuals who smoke and consume alcohol on the results. The results of the investigation demonstrated that glycine consumption in the diet has a counteracting association with hyperlipidemia.
