Dispersal limitation determines the ecological processes that regulate the seasonal assembly of bacterial communities in a subtropical river

HIGHLIGHTS

  • What: The aims of this study are to: investigate seasonal patterns of microbial community structure and diversity, characterize the species interactions and topological properties of bacterial co-occurrence networks, and_(3) identify the dominant ecological processes governing microbial community assembly. In this study, Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, and Bacteroidetes were identified as the dominant phyla in the Liuxi River .
  • Who: Aiping Zhu from the Florida Gulf Coast University, United States have published the research: Dispersal limitation determines the ecological processes that regulate the seasonal assembly of bacterial communities in a subtropical river, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
