From the evidence that the authors provide in Appendix A.3 based on the multicolor analysis and in Appendix A.2 based on the SED analysis, the authors conclude that the second scenario is a significantly better representation of the data (χ2=374 versus χ2=1402), and that the system is composed of a G1 dwarf surrounded by a pair of similar-mass mid-type eclipsing M-dwarfs.
