- how: Esearch was done in College of Science for Women/ Biology Department/ Plant Tissue Culture Lab. from 2009 to 2010 Results showed that the best plant growth regulator combination for the highest callus quantity production was 1 mg/l Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) with 2 mg/l Benzyl adenine (BA) so it was fixed in all the preceding experiments.
