- what: The authors provide evidence for the expression and functional relevance of the inhibitory receptor SIRPa on B1 cells in mice. The authors show here that SIRPa negatively regulates capacity of B1 cells to exit the peritoneal cavity through CD11b/CD18 integrin, identifying this inhibitory immunoreceptor as the first bona fide regulator of B1 migratory function.
