- how: The results indicated that part of DEGs strongly correlated with other genes. The results showed that the top_100 DEGs could stratify patients in the STAS_positive versus STAS_negative groups . Contrary to the findings of the above studies the results showed that low expression of CPB2 may facilitate the appearance of STAS and be relevant to worse PFS in adenocarcinoma . . .
