Decreases in different dnmt3b activities drive distinct development of hematologic malignancies in mice

HIGHLIGHTS

  • who: Katarina Lopusna from the Mouse studies To generate conventional Dnmt3b knockout allele, we used the approach described previously (31, , ) utilizing Dnmt3b2loxP mice obtained from ELi (Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA). Mice were kept in FVB/N genetic background and were generated using standard genetic crosses. Mice harboring conventional knock-in mutations (, V and C D) in Dnmt3b coding sequence (Dnmt3bCI) were generated as described before (17). EμSRα-tTA have published the Article: Decreases in different Dnmt3b activities drive distinct development of hematologic malignancies in mice, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
