In HCC, cell growth factors such as IGF, FGF were reported to be overexpressed in a way of autocrine or paracrine and further promote cell growth and proliferation (Kim et_al, 1998; Yoshiji et_al, 2002). In HCC, TP53 was also found to be frequently mutated, and the common risk factors such as AFB1, HBV, and HCV are reported to cause TP53 mutation . . .
