- what: The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship of school heads` transformational leadership and school performance among public elementary school in the City Schools Division of San Fernando, La Union. The result of the study strengthens the finding of Fuhrmann that institutional reward, recognition and motivational practices provide positive attitudes about job which cause job satisfaction among teachers and good learning outcomes among students.
