- what: As already highlighted in the case of M. tuberculosis [12], our series of oxadiazolone-core OX derivatives are able to impair different metabolic pathways during either extracellular and/or intracellular bacterial growth via the inhibition of various (Ser/Cys)-based enzymes, therefore resulting in M. abscessus death.
