SUMMARY
According to their determination the Finnish common variety of sheep is well adapted for the circumstances prevailing in Finland and extremely prolific, but very small in size and a weak producer of wool. For improving the latter qualities they suggested tests be made by cross-breeding the Finnish sheep with the schwartzkopf-breed, which they claimed was a modest wool-meat breed, well adapted even to the Finnish . . .
