• what: The authors systematically compared the degradation pathways of the two major Dectin-1 isoforms. The authors demonstrate that Dectin-1a continues to signal from phagosomes based on a retention of the Dectin-1a NTF in the phagosomal membrane. The authors aimed to create an in_vivo system for studying SPPL2a/bmediated Dectin-1a cleavage in primary immune cells.
