SUMMARY
Teaching exclusively online has raised a multitude of issues, namely video transmission problems, slow access to platforms, untimely responses to questions in class, students` hopes to get corresponding guidance after class, and teachers` feedback communicated in a timely manner so as to improve the students` learning.
