    The students noted that distance learning was enabled by diverse factors that are related to the parents‒maintaining relations with the pre-school teacher, establishing a routine, promoting the learning of the children, finding a way to keep the children occupied, and enjoying quality time with them. During the pandemic, the student-teachers were also exposed to the complexity of the parents` role as the curtain was lifted on the pre-school (Blass, 2020), accelerating the student-teachers` understanding of the importance of the parental role in a child`s education even at this . . .
