- what: The authors aimed to evaluate the pathogenic diagnostic value and the potential clinical implications of mNGS based on BALF in a commercial and an in-house laboratory. The results of this study showed that the proportion of mixed pathogens in the in-house group was 55%, which was higher than that in the commercial group.
