SUMMARY

    Color was objectively evaluated with color space reflectance using the Minolta CR-300 colorimeter with standard illuminant D65 and an observation angle of 2° (HUNTERLAB, 1996). Three grams of the fruits were added separately to 20 mL of water and extracted for 1 hour at 45°C with stirring. The final extract was used for the analysis of phenolic compounds (Kubola and Siriamornpun, 2008), flavonoids Otero . . .
