SUMMARY

    Consistent with the role of IL-7 in T_cell development, risk allele carriers have distinct ICB-induced CD8+ T_cell subset responses, skewing of T_cell clonality and greater proportional repertoire occupancy by large clones. Risk allele carriers showed increases in the proportion of terminally differentiated effector memory T_cells re-expressing CD45RA (TEMRA) T_cells and a reciprocal fall in naive T_cell proportion . . .
