    A very recent review of reviews highlights an association between polypharmacy interventions and reductions in potentially inappropriate prescribing behavior as well as improvements in medication adherence. More precisely, the study investigated the behavior of GPs and pharmacists and the types of approaches that could improve the prescribing and dispensing of medication to the elderly requiring more than one medication.
