SUMMARY

    To prepare all solutions, the authors used deionized water obtained from a Milli-Q purification system (Millipore, Germany) with a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ. cm at 25 ◦ C. Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal Ab (IgG) to recombinant human IFNγ (containing 144 amino_acids) in glycine buffer (pH 7.2) at 2.3 mg/mL, 99% purity (AB Biotechnology, UK) were used for HD Ab solutions preparation.
