SUMMARY

    Climate change is among myriad environmental, human, and technological hazards jeopardizing the maritime transportation system (MTS) (Abdelhafez et_al, 2021) and, hence, the communities and economies that depend upon global supply chains of essential goods (Hosseini et_al, 2016; Hossain et_al, 2019; Wendler-Bosco and Nicholson, 2019).
