- what: In this large retrospective study, the authors report the experience managing patients with hepatic haemangiomas larger than 10 cm. The study showed that the operation time was longer, and blood loss and blood transfusion were more common in the EH group. Based on the experience , the authors believe that the main reasons for this are as follows.
