SUMMARY

    The anti-TNF-α therapy affects key cellular metabolic processes, including the tricarboxylic_acid_cycle, and amino_acid and fatty_acid metabolism. Probably, the inspected rise of immunoglobulins level is due to the apantibodies, as an adaptive immune_response.(anti-CCP), Antibodies PAD4, pearance of anti-citrullinated protein antibody andagainst anti-CarP andcitrullinated anti-PAD4 vimentin, and anti-CCP antibodies are found in 24%, 61%, and 74% of the RA patient antibodies, as an adaptive immune_response. If patients with anti-IL6 therapy demonstrated a slow growth of 3-MH level during the entire treatment history, patients of the anti-TNF . . .
