SUMMARY
In Pakistan, almost 80% of wastewater is being used for irrigation purposes which increases the HMs concentrations inside the crops and vegetables; hence, carcinogenic health issues in humans mostly occur after consuming those crops/vegetables (Sandeep et_al, 2019; Khalilzadeh et_al, 2020).
