Before AI-based solutions are accepted in clinical practice, appropriate methodological quality_control mechanisms must be agreed upon. In recent years, AI-based implementations using convolutional neural_networks (CNN) have been developed in the framework of large research projects funded by the European Commission`s Horizon 2020 programme.
