Coworker undermining behavior is presumably viewed as a threat to employees and the organization at large (Anderson et_al, 2004; Duffy et_al, 2012) and, as such, the authors seek to investigate whether the desire for revenge mediates the relationship between customer mistreatment causing employees` coworker undermining behavior.
