SUMMARY
Extra-adrenal paraganglioma presenting with heart failure to improve the understanding of this disease. Serum levels of aldosterone, cortisol, adrenocorticotropic_hormone (16:00), metanephrine and norepinephrine were normal, while adrenocorticotropic_hormone (8:00) was high slightly. In 2017, the WHO proposed the term "metastatic paraganglioma" instead of "malignant paraganglioma". The 2014 Endocrine Society clinical practice guidelines for pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma suggest that 10-17 . . .
