The authors demonstrate that P2RY6mediated signaling broadly amplifies TLR-induced proinflammatory signaling in microglia in particular. Based on the data and published literature, the authors propose that blocking of P2RY6-mediated signaling can indeed reduce neuroinflammation . . .
