SUMMARY
Although the RARC+ICUD technique continues to improve and refine, it would be difficult for a single surgeon to perform this procedure from start to finish because of the complexity of the surgical technique and longer operative time than that in open surgery. By having different surgeons perform each step, the surgeon`s concentration can be maintained, which leads to improved safety and efficiency of RARC+ICUD. Lopez et_al divided 62 RARC patients with ICUD into two surgeons; the first 20 cases were treated by surgeons with experience in robotic surgery and the remaining . . .
