SUMMARY
Cerebral Hemangiopericytomas (HPCs) are very rare mesenchymal neoplasms arising from Zimmermann pericytes surrounding blood vessels. Intracranial HPCs are commonly supratentorial, virtually indistinguishable from meningiomas by imaging alone, and were initially considered as angioblastic variants of meningioma.
