- what: The study examined PBMCs from Ct-infected women after 7 days in culture with media or inactivated Ct, and found that CD151 expression was higher in CD4 T_cells compared to CD8 T_cells, particularly for women with the CC genotype, where Ct stimulation led to further increases in CD151 expression .
