The gDNA of u0394dndE mutant Salmonella enterica Cerro , was kindly provided by Dr. Xinyi He (mutant gDNA, Shanghai Jiaotong University). The mutant gDNA was purified by a FastPure bacteria DNA isolation kit (Vazyme #DC103).
