SUMMARY
The altered immune_response caused by immunomodulators may increase susceptibility to infectious diseases, particularly those caused by commonly encountered respiratory pathogens (Saravolatz et_al, 1979; Wallis et_al, 2004; Baddley et_al, 2014; Murdaca et_al, 2019; Chiu and Chen, 2020).
