- what: The aim of this study was to clarify the effects of triclosan exposure on the microbiome and intestinal immune functions in healthy and ulcerative colitis model. Similarly, the study showed that TCS exposure reduced the protein levels of Occludin and increased TLR4, p-NF-u03bab and IFN-u03b3in gut tissues.
