    This approach has been successfully used for two proteins: sperm whale apomyoglobin (PDB:1bzp) and bovine carbonic anhydrase II (PDB:1v9e) (further in the text, just: apomyoglobin and carbonic anhydrase) (Baryshnikova et_al, 2005b; Samatova et_al, 2010; Melnik et_al, 2014).
