  • how: ROS were immediately detected using a flow cytometer (BD CytoFLEX S) and the results were analyzed using FlowJou2122 Software. These results indicated that the variation significantly decreased both ATP and ATPase concentrations potentially leading to alterations in ionic concentrations and enzymatic reaction speeds.
