    This success rate is always higher than the success rate obtained, for the optimal sample size, for a spheroidal DM halo axisymmetric about the z axis and with qz=1.4; for some shapes of the nonaxisymmetric DM halo, S can also be higher than that obtained for a spheroidal DM halo axisymmetric about the z axis and with qz=1.1. The method is based on the use of the one- or twodimensional KS test to compare the distribution of the shape indicator(s) of the observed sample, D|vϑ | or D|v . . .
