As part of the work on constructing simulation models for grinding machines, to be used for process design in programs such as ModSim, the authors undertook a review of the literature on tower mills. The idea driving it is quite logical, and it is possible to 2 of 13 determine the rate of production of particles smaller than any given size if the grinding rate of all particles larger than the size is known.
