Due to a lot of the blackouts caused by natural hazards, the resilience of power systems has become a focusing point in society nowadays. Lei et_al proposed a two-stage dispatch framework consisting of prepositioning and real-time allocation for dispatching mobile emergency generators as distributed generators in distribution systems to restore critical loads by forming multiple microgrids.
