With the introduction of a social dimension into the conversation of sustainability, multi-disciplinary scholars and practitioners over the past few decades have created a dynamic discussion of what a sustainable society should encompass, including urban sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, sustainable management, and weak/strong sustainability.
