- what: In this Special Issue, the authors focus on skeletal malalignment, and especially on torsional abnormalities of the lower limb, because abnormal limb torsion is probably the most overlooked factor in patellofemoral joint pathology, both in the genesis of pain, but even more so in the treatment. The main reason is the diagnostic uncertainty.
