    Climate change is a complex global phenomenon that influences environmental conditions that, in turn, affect human health. Of 30 For rainfall variability, 13% of the Aboriginal population in NSW lived in areas with moderate, moderate to high or high rainfall variability (11%, 1% and 1%, respectively), compared with 3% of the non-Aboriginal population in NSW (3%, 0.1% and 0.2%, respectively).
