- what: This study shows the importance of checking postbronchodilator spirometry in this population and illustrates some of the u2018real-u00adworld` challenges in actioning these findings. The analysis demonstrates that 29% of those having subsequent post-u00adbronchodilator spirometry were not found to have AO, thereby excluding COPD.
